**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Jewish Family Services of Delaware. This is a part-time position, working at least 20 hours a week with a minimum of 10 hours on-site in the suburbs of Wilmington.

**Estimated Salary Range:** $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Development Department, including managing and coordinating administrative functions, providing clerical support, and assisting with HR tasks as needed.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Sorting and managing mail daily, including sorting and documenting checks, entering information into Salesforce, and distributing mail in a timely manner to each department.
  • Entering all data into Salesforce and ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date according to established protocols.
  • Coordinating stewardship correspondence through the JFS donor database system.
  • Completing and securing signatures for thank you notes, tributes, good and welfare letters, and reporting as assigned by the Development Manager.
  • Assisting with HR functions as needed, including assisting with correspondence, benefits, filing, scanning, and tracking of employee documents.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must have excellent judgment, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively. They should also be able to demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and a strong attention to detail.

Candidates should have two to three years of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably at a management or executive level, and possess excellent writing and proofreading skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, is also required.
