Suburban Administrative Coordinator

About the Position: Jewish Family Services of Delaware is seeking a detail-oriented Suburban Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Development department and Human Resources team. This part-time position will be based in the suburbs of Wilmington, with a minimum of 10 hours on-site work per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate administrative functions, including mail sorting, data entry, and correspondence coordination.
- Assist with HR tasks, such as benefits management, filing, and employee document tracking.
- Cover front desk duties as needed.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably at a management or executive level.
- Excellent judgment, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to change.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Salary Range:
$38,000-$48,000 per year, depending on experience.
