Job Summary

This is a senior leadership position at Soar Restaurants, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management, with a strong focus on team leadership, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff, including assistant managers and employees.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory management, labor scheduling, and customer service.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the restaurant's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and have a positive experience in the restaurant.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that the restaurant complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, and identify and mitigate potential risks.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related fields preferred.
  • Experience: At least three years of restaurant management experience, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of restaurant staff. Proficient in financial management, inventory control, and customer service.
