As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional experience for our guests. Our establishment thrives on a vibrant atmosphere, reminiscent of the excitement found on game day.

YOUR ROLE
In this position, you will support the General Manager in steering the restaurant towards success. Your responsibilities will encompass local marketing initiatives and analyzing financial performance to ensure our restaurant excels.

You will lead a dedicated Management Team, including the Assistant General Manager, Hospitality Manager, Service Manager, Bar Manager, and Kitchen Manager, focusing on performance enhancement, employee engagement, and training programs.

Additionally, you will have the chance to oversee community engagement and fundraising efforts, further solidifying our connection with the local area.

WHAT YOU BRING
You possess a solid understanding of the restaurant industry, including knowledge of labor regulations, health standards, food safety practices, responsible alcohol service, and operational procedures. Your ability to manage and motivate a team is essential, as is your skill in interpreting financial statements.

While a high school diploma is required, a bachelor's degree and 4-5 years of management experience, particularly in a restaurant setting, will set you apart. Your passion for team development is key to fostering a positive work environment.
