KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver first-tier technical assistance to users through various communication channels.
  • Diagnose and rectify hardware and software challenges associated with Office 365.
  • Support the configuration and upkeep of Office 365 accounts and user workstations.
  • Work collaboratively with the IT department to escalate and resolve intricate issues efficiently.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions effectively.
  • Track and respond to IT helpdesk requests, ensuring prompt resolution and thorough documentation.
  • Contribute to the development and upkeep of technical guides and knowledge base entries.
  • Engage in IT initiatives, including system upgrades and migrations.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry developments and technologies.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in an IT helpdesk role.
  • Strong skills in troubleshooting Office 365-related problems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 suite.
  • Understanding of Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a customer-centric approach.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Detail-oriented with robust problem-solving capabilities.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or equivalent are advantageous.
