Salary Range
The estimated annual salary for this position is $44,850.00 - $81,075.00, depending on qualifications and experience.
Job Description
As a Hardware Technician, you will provide Tier 2 and 3 on-site and remote support for computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, network switches, routers, telecommunications, and teleconferencing equipment.
You will be working on a small team of less than 10 people that support a large organization, collaborating closely with customers to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A+ certification or equivalent
- Minimum two (2) years of experience supporting computer hardware, networks, and telecommunications equipment
- Polygraph level clearance
