Customer Success Manager III

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager III to join our team at Great Place To Work. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers achieve their goals and maximize the value of our proprietary survey & analytics platform, EmprisingTM.
Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing expert guidance and support to help them succeed. This will involve working closely with our customers to understand their needs, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You will be a strategic thinker, able to analyze complex data and develop insights that inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients, including survey design and data analysis
- Identify opportunities for growth and develop tailored solutions to meet client objectives
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our proprietary survey & analytics platform, EmprisingTM
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional work experience in a customer-facing role
- Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a focus on customer experience and growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and CRM software
