Key Responsibilities:

  • Create Sales-Driven Content: Develop case studies, success stories, capability statements, and other sales collateral that directly supports the sales team in closing deals.
  • Manage and Lead an Offshore Team: Supervise a team of two marketing professionals based in India, providing direction on content creation, research, and marketing materials.
  • Utilize Marketing Tools: Leverage tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, ZoomInfo, and CRM platforms to develop and manage marketing materials that resonate with clients and consultants.
  • Brand Awareness: Lead efforts to increase brand awareness with customers and consultants, ensuring ARK Solutions, Inc. becomes a recognized name in the staffing industry.
  • Research and Insights: Direct the offshore team to conduct market research and provide insights to improve sales strategies and marketing efforts.

  • Ensure Consistent Branding: Oversee the creation of marketing materials that align with company branding and reinforce ARK Solutions' positioning to both external clients and internal consultants.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2-3 years in the staffing industry or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other marketing tools.
  • Experience using CRM systems and platforms like ZoomInfo to support marketing campaigns.
  • Proven track record of writing and creating content that supports sales efforts, including case studies, success stories, and marketing collateral.
  • Leadership experience managing teams, particularly offshore or remote teams.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work closely with sales teams to align marketing with sales goals.
