The Front of House Manager is responsible for the seamless operation of the restaurant, overseeing daily activities while upholding company standards and protocols. This role requires a proactive approach to motivate and guide the staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to provide outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily restaurant operations, from opening to closing.
- Guarantee the consistent delivery of exceptional food and beverage service.
- Oversee cash handling and control minor expenses.
- Develop weekly staff schedules.
- Foster strong relationships between Front of House and Back of House teams.
- Anticipate and address customer needs and concerns.
- Supervise Front of House staff duties and responsibilities.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor Front of House employees.
- Contribute to the growth of The Hound through innovative ideas and efficient operational procedures.
- Manage inventory and minimize waste across all departments.
- Encourage a positive and collaborative work environment.
- 1-4 years of management experience in a restaurant setting.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, supported by references.
- Strong background in customer service.
- Excellent leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid financial management capabilities.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Google and Microsoft Office.
- Salary range: $38,000 - $46,000 based on experience.
