Job Summary:

The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train service staff to maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure efficient and effective operation of the dining room, including managing reservations, seating, and table maintenance.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, manage cash handling, and reconcile daily reports.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant manager and other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to obtain any government required licenses or certificates, such as CPR Certification and/or First Aid training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
