Job Overview

Levco Management LLC is actively seeking a Leasing Specialist for a residential community. We are looking for a driven individual with prior experience in the leasing sector who is eager to grow their career within a dynamic organization.

Candidate Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in property management, preferably with lease-up expertise.
  • Individuals with backgrounds in retail sales or hospitality who are open to training in the multi-family leasing environment are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage various leasing prospects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication and writing abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Familiarity with Yardi and CRM systems is required.
  • A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are necessary.
  • Must successfully pass a background check.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to leasing inquiries, following up on leads, and conducting apartment tours.
  • Assisting in the creation of marketing strategies and managing advertisements.
  • Processing rental applications, executing lease agreements, and collecting security deposits.
  • Overseeing move-in and move-out procedures.
  • Handling maintenance requests and work orders efficiently.
  • Supporting other administrative and property management tasks as assigned.
