Position Overview

Levco Management LLC is seeking a dedicated Leasing Specialist for a vibrant apartment community. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in the residential leasing sector and demonstrate a desire to grow within a dynamic organization.

Essential Qualifications

  • A minimum of one year of experience in apartment management, particularly in lease-up scenarios, is preferred.
  • Candidates with backgrounds in retail sales or hospitality who are eager to transition into the multi-family leasing environment are encouraged to consider this opportunity.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, deadline orientation, and the capacity to perform under pressure are essential.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
  • Organizational skills to manage various leasing prospects simultaneously are required.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications, especially Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Familiarity with Yardi and CRM systems is necessary.
  • A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are required.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Addressing leasing inquiries, following up on potential leads, and conducting apartment tours.
  • Assisting in the creation of marketing strategies and managing advertisement postings.
  • Processing rental applications, executing lease agreements, and collecting necessary deposits.
  • Overseeing the move-in and move-out processes.
  • Handling maintenance requests and coordinating work orders.
  • Supporting various administrative and property management tasks as assigned.
