Job Overview

Levco Management LLC is actively seeking a Leasing Specialist for a vibrant apartment community. We are looking for a driven individual with prior experience in the residential leasing sector who is eager to grow their career within a dynamic organization.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the apartment management field, particularly with lease-up experience, is preferred.
  • Candidates with backgrounds in retail sales or hospitality who are open to training in the multi-family leasing environment are encouraged to consider this opportunity.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage various leasing prospects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and writing abilities, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications, especially Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Familiarity with Yardi and CRM systems is required.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background check.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to leasing inquiries, following up on leads, and conducting apartment tours.
  • Assisting in the development of marketing strategies and posting advertisements.
  • Processing rental applications, executing leases, and collecting deposits.
  • Managing tenant move-ins and move-outs.
  • Handling maintenance requests and work orders.
  • Supporting various administrative and property management tasks as assigned.
