Job Description

At Cambridge International Systems Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Network and Computer Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement IAM Program: Design and implement a comprehensive Identity and Access Management (IAM) program, including policies and procedures to ensure secure access to systems, applications, and data.
  • Manage User Access: Ensure that team members understand and adhere to IAM policies and procedures, and manage user access to systems, applications, and data.
  • Perform Risk Assessments and Audits: Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate these risks.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Emerging Threats: Stay current with evolving threats, technologies, and solutions, and establish techniques for analysis, risk assessment, and troubleshooting to improve security systems.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure secure access to systems and data, and document processes and procedures to ensure compliance with security policies.
  • Escalate and Resolve Issues: Identify and escalate security incidents, and work to resolve these issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership on major tasks or technology assignments, and establish goals and plans that meet project objectives.
  • Domain Expertise: Possess domain and expert technical knowledge, and develop technical solutions to complex problems.
  • Project Management: Direct and control activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met.
  • Communication Skills: Interact with clients and senior management, and make decisions that have a critical impact on overall project implementation.
  • Education and Experience: Possess a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with years of experience, or a Master's degree with 6-8 years of experience, and extensive knowledge of the field.
Travel Requirements
  • Active Passport: Possess an active passport, and be willing to travel as required by the job.
Physical Environment and Working Conditions

Cambridge International Systems Inc complies with Temporary Duty Station (TDY)/Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) vaccination requirements. If this position requires OCONUS travel, Vaccine Recommendations by AOR lists applicable current vaccination requirements by location.

The successful candidate will work in an office environment, sitting at a desk, looking at a computer for most of the workday. The employee will have discretion about sitting, walking, standing, etc. May be required to travel short distances to offices/conference rooms and buildings on site.
