About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architectural Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and delivering high-quality results.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on project progress
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other team members to deliver high-quality designs

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an architectural firm
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel occasionally for site visits and meetings
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
  • Professional licensure as an architect (or ability to obtain within 1 year)

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
