Construction Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Lead to oversee the successful delivery of our construction projects.
Job OverviewThe Construction Project Lead will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and meeting budget requirements. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities- Project Management:
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Manage project risks and identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain open communication with project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to develop their skills and capabilities
- Financial Management:
- Monitor and control project expenses, ensuring alignment with budget requirements
- Analyze financial data to inform business decisions and drive project success
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Quality Assurance:
- Evaluate project quality and performance against established standards and metrics
- Implement corrective actions to address quality issues or deviations from plan
- Maintain documentation and records related to project quality and performance
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, bereavement leave, personal advancement opportunities, retirement & 401K, and project milestone bonuses.
