About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead our design team in creating innovative and functional spaces that bring people together. As a senior member of our architecture department, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and delivering high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and experience in leading multidisciplinary teams. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects from concept to completion
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on project progress
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other team members to deliver high-quality designs

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an architectural firm
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel occasionally for site visits and meetings
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
  • Professional licensure as an architect (or ability to obtain within 1 year)

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
