Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Description

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the development, monitoring, and update of integrated project plans and schedules. You will work closely with project teams to prepare baseline schedules, assess impacts to the critical path, and provide schedule progress reports.

You will be responsible for maintaining records of scope changes, trends, and variances that potentially affect schedule performance. Additionally, you will assure the credibility of the information contained in the schedule and review it with project team members regularly.

Key responsibilities include analyzing schedules from A/E firms, vendors, and general contractors, verifying schedule integrity, and evaluating logic and float paths. You will also make recommendations to manage float and sequence activities to achieve project milestone dates and interim target completion dates.
