- Ensure timely submission of contract deliverables, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and newsletters.
- Provide quality programs and services for students and ensure that quality is maintained and student needs are met.
- Exchanges ideas and information, both orally and in writing, in a clear and concise manner and contributes meaningfully to group efforts.
- Effectively articulates thoughts and ideas, identifies problems, analyzes causes, and evaluates appropriate solutions.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Advance degrees preferred.
- A minimum of three years secretarial experience required.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of applications is required.
