Opportunity Overview:
We are seeking an experienced quality professional to join our team as the Director of Quality Improvement. As a leader in LGBTQ+ healthcare, we are committed to delivering exceptional care to diverse communities. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive quality improvement initiatives, collaborate with clinical teams, and contribute to the organization's mission.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute quality management plans that align with organizational goals and objectives
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based solutions
• Serve as the primary liaison with health insurance plans to optimize quality incentive programs and ensure regulatory compliance
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and generate reports for leadership decision-making
• Supervise quality improvement staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
• Foster strong relationships with clinical teams to address quality issues and improve patient outcomes
• Design and deliver training programs on quality improvement methodologies and best practices

Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Health or related field
• 5+ years of experience in quality management, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Proven track record of implementing quality improvement initiatives and driving results
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and empower teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of LGBTQ+ and HIV/AIDS-related health issues
