Key Responsibilities:

As a Clinical Program Manager - LAI, your responsibilities will include:

  • Program Development and Implementation: Develop and implement strategies to expand access to LAI services across our network of health centers.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with clinical, operational, and financial teams to optimize LAI program workflows.
  • Patient Access and Navigation: Facilitate patient access to LAI services, including appointment scheduling, prior authorization, and initiation processes.
  • Financial Sustainability: Collaborate with finance teams to maintain the financial sustainability of the LAI program.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Track key performance indicators and generate reports to monitor program effectiveness.
  • Clinical Guidance: Provide clinical guidance and support to healthcare providers regarding LAI therapy.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines for LAI services.
  • Staff Development: Train and educate staff on LAI administration, monitoring, and patient counseling.
