Quality Improvement Executive Job Description

At Callen-Lorde Community Health Center, we are committed to providing high-quality patient care and improving the lives of LGBTQ individuals. We are seeking a dedicated Quality Improvement Executive to join our team and contribute to this mission.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Quality Management Program: Lead the organization's quality management program, developing and implementing quality improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Teams: Work closely with clinical teams to identify and address quality issues, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Oversee compliance with regulatory standards, including PCMH accreditation and Health Commerce System requirements.
  • Lead Quality Improvement Staff: Supervise quality improvement staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Public Health or related field
  • NYS clinical licensure (RN, PA, NP, MD) or related clinical experience
  • 5+ years experience overseeing quality management department, projects, and initiatives in a healthcare setting
  • 5+ years supervisory experience
  • Experience working in outpatient clinic, hospital, or other community health setting required
