Job Summary

We are recruiting a talented Healthcare Quality and Performance Professional to join our team at Northwell Health. This role involves leading our Quality Management/Performance Improvement Program, which focuses on enhancing patient care and safety through data-driven decision making and evidence-based practice.

The successful candidate will possess a strong nursing background, including a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State. A Master's degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing quality improvement plans and projects
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to identify areas for improvement
  • Conducting educational programs on quality management and performance improvement
  • Evaluating and reporting on performance improvement initiatives

You will work closely with clinical leaders, staff, and other stakeholders to drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to contribute to the success of our healthcare organization.

The salary range for this position is $90,000-$145,000 per year.
