Position: Senior Product Manager - Fleet API & Data Services
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
This role requires the successful candidate to be present at the designated Technical Centers on a regular basis.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Senior Product Manager for Fleet API & Data Services, you will spearhead the product vision and execution, delivering timely data and actionable insights to partners and customers. Your efforts will focus on:
- Defining and steering the product strategy and roadmap for Fleet Telemetry APIs, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements.
- Leading collaborative efforts with a diverse range of stakeholders to identify, develop, and validate customer value propositions.
- Managing the entire product lifecycle, including problem identification, ideation, requirements gathering, execution, market introduction, and post-launch evaluation.
- Conducting comprehensive market research and customer analysis to uncover the needs and challenges faced by fleet management entities.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, test propositions, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Overseeing the rollout of new features and enhancements, ensuring smooth integration with third-party fleet management systems.
- Implementing robust security protocols and privacy policies to protect sensitive information and comply with cybersecurity regulations.
- Enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction through effective communication and ongoing product improvements.
- Utilizing analytical skills to assess product performance and prioritize future enhancements based on user experience and market opportunities.
- Providing guidance to analytics and market research teams to explore new demand opportunities.
- Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and inform strategic decisions.
Required:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in B2B or B2C software services.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Strong customer empathy and a commitment to user-centered design.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in implementing security measures and compliance standards for data protection.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Familiarity with SaaS and DaaS products, as well as microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
Preferred:
- MBA or equivalent experience.
- Experience in the fleet services industry and connected vehicle telemetry.
- Understanding of electric vehicles and related infrastructure.
