Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Assessment: Utilize analytical skills to evaluate product performance and prioritize enhancements based on user experience and market opportunities.
  • Metrics Tracking: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge product success and inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management for software-enabled services.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • A strong customer-centric approach with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in implementing security measures and compliance standards.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze market data and customer feedback.
  • Familiarity with SaaS and DaaS products, as well as microservices architecture.
Preferred Qualifications

Additional qualifications that would be advantageous include:

  • An MBA or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in the fleet services industry and connected vehicle telemetry.
  • Understanding of electric vehicles and related infrastructure.
