- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams in user experience, engineering, finance, and marketing to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure robust security measures and privacy policies are in place to protect sensitive data and adhere to compliance standards.
- Performance Assessment: Utilize analytical skills to evaluate product performance and prioritize enhancements based on user experience and market opportunities.
- Metrics Tracking: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge product success and inform strategic decisions.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 5+ years of experience in product management for software-enabled services.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- A strong customer-centric approach with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in implementing security measures and compliance standards.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze market data and customer feedback.
- Familiarity with SaaS and DaaS products, as well as microservices architecture.
Additional qualifications that would be advantageous include:
- An MBA or equivalent experience.
- Experience in the fleet services industry and connected vehicle telemetry.
- Understanding of electric vehicles and related infrastructure.
