Lead the Way in Risk Management

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational risk management frameworks to minimize credit and fraud losses
  • Establish and maintain governance structures to ensure operational risks are identified, assessed, and managed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk management strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Track and analyze key risk indicators to identify emerging problems and escalate concerns
  • Develop and communicate risk management procedures and standards to ensure effective risk management
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in operational risk management, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends
  • Experience in managing large teams and collaborating with senior stakeholders
