The Parker Jewish Institute for Healthcare and Rehabilitation is in search of a RN Manager of Quality Improvement who possesses a comprehensive understanding of current regulations pertaining to Certified Home Health Agencies (CHHA) and/or Hospice care. This role is pivotal in ensuring the regulatory compliance of our Community Health Services Program.
Our organization operates a Certified Home Health Agency alongside a Comprehensive Community Hospice program, providing tailored care that prioritizes patient comfort, enhances quality of life, and upholds the dignity of those we serve. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure these objectives are achieved through our Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives.
This position offers an exceptional opportunity for a licensed clinician with expertise in CHHA and/or Hospice regulations to oversee both clinical and administrative aspects of the quality program. You will provide educational resources, identify areas for performance enhancement, and lead efforts to achieve superior clinical outcomes while maintaining our high standards of care.

Qualifications
- Current New York State Registered Nurse license.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) or Hospice Program.
- Preferred experience in supervisory roles, quality assurance, or educational positions.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with EMR systems, report generation, and Excel.
- Reliable transportation for conducting home visits as necessary.
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
