Curbell is seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality management systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Quality Management System Development: Develop and maintain a culture of high performance and employee engagement by inspiring, developing, and motivating internal talent. Facilitate good discussions with employees to understand their professional goals and aspirations.
- Compliance and Certification: Support and promote Curbell's certified Quality Management System at all branch locations. Continue to develop compliant branches and help them achieve ISO 9001 and AS9100 certification as business needs are determined.
- Supplier and Customer Quality: Interface with supplier and customer quality representatives concerning problems with quality assurance and assure that effective corrective action is implemented. Support all supplier qualification and maintenance activities as it pertains to Quality, such as Curbell's supplier approval process, generating NCRs, Customer Complaint resolution, and Supplier Corrective Actions.
- Quality Audits and Reporting: Participate in internal and external quality audits, and report to management on quality issues, trends, and losses. Participates, compiles, and presents data at management review as the Quality Management Representative.
