About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Surgery Nurse Practitioner to join our team at CommonSpirit Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our medical staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary and specialty care to patients in the surgery department
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices in surgery and patient care
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a surgery setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
