Position Overview
Our client is in search of Primary Care Nurse Practitioners to enhance their dedicated team. These positions are situated within long-term care facilities.

Compensation
$150,000 – $200,000

Role Summary
We are looking for proficient and caring Primary Care Nurse Practitioners to provide exceptional care to residents in a long-term care environment. The responsibilities include diagnosing and managing health conditions, prescribing necessary medications, and advocating for overall health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to identify health issues, injuries, and other medical concerns.
  • Prescribe appropriate medications, request diagnostic examinations, and analyze results to formulate effective treatment strategies.
  • Ensure meticulous and precise medical documentation for all patients.
  • Offer guidance and support to residents and their families.
  • Oversee chronic illnesses and track patient progress.
  • Collaborate with Physicians, Nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated and thorough patient care.
Qualifications
  • Exemplary and empathetic patient interaction skills.
  • Willingness to adapt to flexible working hours as required.
  • Proven ability to operate independently as well as within a collaborative healthcare team.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Educational Requirements
  • Possession of a valid Nurse Practitioner License is mandatory.
  • DEA license is also required.
