Our client is in search of Primary Care Nurse Practitioners to enhance their dedicated team. These positions are situated within long-term care facilities, where the focus is on delivering exceptional healthcare services.
Compensation
Salary Range: $150,000 – $200,000
Role Responsibilities
The selected Primary Care Nurse Practitioners will be responsible for:
- Performing comprehensive patient evaluations to identify health issues, injuries, and other medical concerns.
- Prescribing appropriate medications, conducting diagnostic tests, and analyzing results to formulate effective treatment strategies.
- Keeping precise and thorough medical documentation for all patients.
- Providing guidance and support to patients and their families.
- Overseeing chronic health conditions and tracking patient progress.
- Collaborating with Physicians, Nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and holistic patient care.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess:
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- The flexibility to work varied hours as necessary.
- A proven ability to operate both independently and as part of a healthcare team.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
Educational Background
Applicants must have:
- A valid Nurse Practitioner License.
- A DEA license.
