About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Financial Benefits to join our Human Resources - Employee Benefits team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing benefit policies, systems, programs, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage benefit policies, systems, programs, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Administer day-to-day operations of assigned benefit programs, including vendor relationships and communication with employees.
  • Ensure the accuracy of benefit enrollment and reconciliation with third-party administration benefits platforms and Ceridian Dayforce.
  • Manage the Outsourced Chief Investment Officer services to maintain fiduciary requirements and optimize benefit programs.
  • Evaluate and recommend the optimization of benefit programs, including methods, administrators, costs, fiscal implications, and tools.
  • Collaborate with vendors and consultants to analyze data and provide program experience tracking.
  • Review, reconcile, and approve benefit invoices for assigned programs.
  • Audit payroll and third-party administration reporting for accuracy, including employee contributions, company match, and loans.
  • Audit and reconcile annual nondiscrimination testing and annual True Up deposit.
  • Develop, design, distribute, and present benefits information for new hire orientations, open enrollment, and other informational sessions.
  • Coordinate and vendor manage administrative processing, work methods, resource optimization, budget control, training, and development plans.
  • Respond to benefits inquiries, monitor eligibility status, and assist participants with submitting and monitoring issues.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners on the implementation, processing, policy, budgeting, forecasting, communication, and compliance of assigned benefits programs.
  • Assist with developing and administering employee financial wellbeing programs, benefits fair, and various events to support increased engagement.
  • Maintain scheduling of the investment committee quarterly updates.
  • Maintain knowledge of market and legislative benefits trends and evaluate costs/benefits to the company.
  • Ensure stakeholders are adhering to all requirements of benefit compliance, including 401(k), 5500 filings testing, audits, etc.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Financial Benefits with a strong background in employee benefits management. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience collaborating with employee benefit programs.

The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of Microsoft products, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as knowledge of employee benefits regulations, language, principles, and practices. They will also have the ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing with co-workers, administrative personnel, benefit vendors, and the public.
