Senior Manager, Financial Benefits Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Financial Benefits to join our team at Danone North America. This is a key leadership position responsible for the administration of our financial benefits programs, including the 401(k) and Pension plans, HSA Bank, FSA, Commuter, fitness reimbursement, and other health and wellbeing programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and manage benefit policies, systems, programs, and procedures.
- Manage the day-to-day administration of assigned benefit programs, including vendor relationships and communications to promote program awareness and engagement.
- Administer day-to-day operations of assigned programs for Union and Corporate workforce, including subject matter expertise on financial and tax-advantaged programs.
- Evaluate and recommend the optimization of benefit programs, including methods, administrators, costs, fiscal implications, and tools.
- Collaborate with vendors and consultants to analyze data and provide program experience tracking.
- Review, reconcile, and approve benefit invoices for assigned programs.
- Audit payroll and third-party administration reporting for accuracy, including employee contributions, company match, and loans.
- Audit and reconcile annual nondiscrimination testing and annual True Up deposit.
- Develop, design, distribute, and present benefits information for new hire orientations, open enrollment, and other informational sessions.
- Coordinate and vendor-manage administrative processing, work methods, resource optimization, budget control, training, and development plans.
- Respond to benefits inquiries, monitor eligibility status, and assist participants with submitting and monitoring issues.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners on the implementation, processing, policy, budgeting, forecasting, communication, and compliance of assigned benefits programs.
- Assist with developing and administering employee financial wellbeing programs, benefits fairs, and various events to support increased engagement.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience collaborating with employee benefit programs. You should have a working knowledge of Microsoft products, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as knowledge of employee benefits regulations, language, principles, and practices, and operating procedures.
You should be able to effectively communicate orally and in writing with co-workers, administrative personnel, benefit vendors, and the public, including being sensitive to professional ethics, gender, cultural diversities, and disabilities.
What We OfferDanone North America offers a competitive salary range of $120k-$172k, commensurate with experience, as well as a performance-based bonus and a strong benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug Coverage, 401(k) Plan, Wellness Program, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, Flexible Time Off, and Paid Parental Bonding Leave, among other benefit plan options.
