The Role: Therapy Awareness Manager
The Therapy Awareness Manager will support the assigned Territory Manager in commercialization activities related to Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) therapy. Key responsibilities include educating multi-disciplinary care teams, building key therapy referral channels, and working closely with Inspire programs to orchestrate community education events.
Opportunities
- Mastery of the story of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) therapy and exceptional communication skills to effectively convey the story and use of the Inspire therapy.
- Expertise in understanding Sleep Sync Utilization with referral communities.
- Execution of quarterly action plans with assigned centers to ensure efficient alignment with referral channels and exceed growth objectives for patient flow.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 3+ years of sales experience within pharmaceutical, diagnostics, medical device, or other healthcare industries.
- Therapy awareness and/or market development experience.
- Product launch experience.
- C-Suite experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Estimated Salary Range
$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
