The average annual total compensation for this role is $36,731. This is a non-exempt position, compensated on an hourly basis. The average pay mentioned includes base wages for typical hours worked and average incentive compensation over a twelve-month period. All compensation figures are estimates and not guarantees of specific pay rates or future performance.

Role Responsibilities

• Support customers in achieving their ownership goals by building genuine relationships that drive sales.

• Oversee the overall sales operations of the store by setting and meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, which encompass both inside and outside sales.

• Generate new business through the development and execution of community marketing strategies.

• Review and finalize lease agreements, ensuring customer identification, collecting payments, and obtaining necessary signatures.

• Assist the General Manager with operational tasks such as regular inventory checks, routine service calls, stock balancing, and product exchanges.

• Collaborate with the General Manager on product ordering, including planning for future sales and events, and driving sales goals with team members.

• Manage customer service inquiries and coordinate with service vendors to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

• Execute the Aaron's customer service program to ensure customer satisfaction and promptly address any concerns.

• Maintain an organized and efficient cleaning station in the warehouse, ensuring merchandise is neat and orderly.

• Clean and certify returned merchandise in the cleaning center.

• Ensure the showroom floor is well-stocked, clean, and adheres to company policies.

• Be prepared to assist with deliveries when necessary.

• Safely operate company vehicles as required.

• Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States with a valid state driver's license and compliance with the company's driver qualification policy, including a satisfactory driving record. Candidates in Canada must be at least 18 years old.

• Must meet DOT requirements for certification in applicable states (United States).

• Ability to work a flexible schedule from 8 am to 9 pm.

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Two years of college or previous management experience preferred.

• Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal.

• High energy and ability to multitask effectively.

• Proper telephone etiquette.

• Commitment to upholding the Aaron's brand and protecting company assets.

• General product knowledge preferred.

• Maintain a professional appearance.

• Proficient computer skills.
