Essential Duties:

The successful candidate will consistently perform the following tasks:

  1. Ensure the well-being of live animals by adhering to established care standards, including routine health checks.
  2. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, emphasizing company values.
  3. Provide prompt service to customers by understanding their needs and sharing product knowledge.
  4. Demonstrate expertise in nutrition and membership programs to enhance sales.
  5. Facilitate an outstanding customer experience across all service channels.
  6. Conduct all point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
  7. Assist in the organization and stocking of merchandise according to company standards.
  8. Maintain a clean and professional store environment.

Work Environment:

This role primarily takes place indoors, with some responsibilities requiring brief outdoor activity. The position involves physical tasks such as lifting and moving merchandise, and candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
