Position Overview:
As a Retail Product Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing the visibility and availability of our products at various customer locations. Your role will include:
  • Conducting daily visits to customer sites to ensure our products are well-stocked and displayed effectively.
  • Maintaining accurate records of product distribution, including items that are damaged or expired.
  • Creating attractive displays as per the guidance of your Supervisor or Sales Representative.
  • Managing inventory by stocking and rotating products from back stock to the sales floor.
  • Organizing merchandise on shelves, in coolers, and bins according to product specifications.
  • Working to improve the overall display space and visibility of our brands within the retail environment.
  • Inspecting stock to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Installing promotional materials and point-of-sale advertisements at designated locations.
  • Assembling merchandising and promotional kits as needed.
  • Displaying promotional signage in accordance with company and store guidelines.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License is required.
  • Proof of insurance is necessary.
  • A clean driving record is essential.
  • Reliable transportation is required for travel to and from accounts.
  • Physical capability to lift and handle cases and display units weighing over 70 pounds repeatedly.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance are expected.
  • Strong customer service skills are a must.
  • Previous experience in retail stocking is preferred.

To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to perform essential duties effectively.
