About the Role

Glen Park Senior Living is seeking a skilled Receptionist to provide exceptional support to our team in our Long Beach office.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for guests, employees, and clients, ensuring a professional first impression.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including sending and receiving mail, documents, and packages, as well as maintaining an organized filing system.
  • Coordinate schedules and appointments, and provide inter-office messages as requested.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree preferred, high school diploma required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Reliable, professional, courteous, and patient.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Spanish a plus.
