We are seeking a highly skilled Janitorial Supervisor to join our team at Elite Building Services. As a Janitorial Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations in the Washington DC and Northern Virginia area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and supervise a team of cleaners to ensure high-quality service delivery

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and customer expectations

• Troubleshoot issues with customers and resolve them in a timely manner

• Deliver supplies to various job sites and perform minor repairs on equipment as needed

• Provide emergency coverage as required and take calls from cleaners dealing with issues at their buildings

• Arrange for coverage for last-minute call-outs and hold and distribute keys as needed

• Oversee floor crews at night and provide last-minute direction as required

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in the janitorial or maintenance industry

• Valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance and registration

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
