Lead Host/Maitre D Opportunity

Osteria Mozza DC, a renowned Italian restaurant in Washington, DC, is seeking a skilled Maitre D to join our team. As a Maitre D, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing reservations, and maintaining a high level of service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements
  • Ensure prompt and attentive service to guests
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and organized dining area
  • Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a Lead Host or Maitre D role at a high-volume restaurant
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and think on your feet
  • Experience with Resy reservations system is preferable
