Washington DC Janitorial Supervisor Part Time Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Janitorial Supervisor to join our team at Pritchard Industries. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all daily and periodic cleaning requirements are completed to the highest standards and according to schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor work assignments and schedules of team employees.
  • Assist in the hiring, onboarding, and training of new/replacement employees.
  • Review and Submit Timesheets for the locations.
  • Maintain detailed records and compile written reports as scheduled and needed.
  • Perform quality, service, and safety inspections; monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment, supplies, and equipment.
  • Act as the conduit of information between management and front-line staff.
  • Track equipment and supply inventory.
  • Submit employee personnel and customer requests or issues to the Area Manager.
  • Provide corrective action recommendations on areas that need improvement.
