KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Foster a welcoming and enjoyable environment for guests and colleagues.
  • Conduct daily audits across various departments, including but not limited to: Food & Beverage outlets, retail shops, valet services, banquet facilities, and gaming operations.
  • Maintain and oversee the slot accounting system.
  • Identify and report discrepancies related to audit findings.
  • Ensure compliance with the Internal Control System and complete Audit Finding Reports for any procedural deviations.
  • Manage credit card terminal reports and daily revenue documentation.
  • Assist in preparing monthly journal entries and maintaining inventory accounts.
  • Participate in company-sponsored community events and initiatives.
  • Adhere to departmental uniform and grooming standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • High School diploma or equivalent, with at least two years of auditing or related experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business documents and regulations.
  • Proficient in mathematical concepts and their practical applications.
  • Ability to solve problems and adapt to various situations.
  • Must meet licensing and permit requirements as mandated by regulations.
  • Physically capable of performing job duties, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
