KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Foster a welcoming and enjoyable environment for guests and colleagues.
- Conduct daily audits across various departments, including but not limited to: Food & Beverage outlets, retail shops, valet services, banquet facilities, and gaming operations.
- Maintain and oversee the slot accounting system.
- Identify and report discrepancies related to audit findings.
- Ensure compliance with the Internal Control System and complete Audit Finding Reports for any procedural deviations.
- Manage credit card terminal reports and daily revenue documentation.
- Assist in preparing monthly journal entries and maintaining inventory accounts.
- Participate in company-sponsored community events and initiatives.
- Adhere to departmental uniform and grooming standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- High School diploma or equivalent, with at least two years of auditing or related experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business documents and regulations.
- Proficient in mathematical concepts and their practical applications.
- Ability to solve problems and adapt to various situations.
- Must meet licensing and permit requirements as mandated by regulations.
- Physically capable of performing job duties, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
