Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership and direction to clinical teams, ensuring delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement business plans, objectives, and strategies to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of clinical staff, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and competencies to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of clinical services, administrative functions, and business operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies, maintaining a culture of quality, safety, and integrity.
- BSN from an accredited nursing program and active RN license in MA.
- Minimum of 10 years of nursing experience in home healthcare, with at least 8 years of supervisory and caregiver management experience.
- CPR certification and extensive knowledge of state and federal home health laws and regulatory standards.
- Excellent management, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
