We are looking for a dedicated Concierge/Receptionist to join our upscale assisted living and memory care facility. Position Overview:

  • Establishes a welcoming atmosphere for all guests

  • Oversees mail distribution, office supplies, and administrative tasks
  • Maintains effective communication with staff and residents
  • Performs light cleaning duties and assists with special events

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse population
  • Proficient in administrative and clerical functions
  • Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Physical Demands:

  • Capability to bend, reach, and remain seated for extended durations
