Position Summary:
Are you a hospitality enthusiast with a knack for engaging with people? As a Front Desk Agent, you will be pivotal in crafting remarkable guest experiences. Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, establishing a positive first impression.
  • Efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
  • Provide comprehensive information regarding hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Process guest payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Assist with administrative duties, including answering phone calls and managing reservations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in cash handling is required.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with hotel or resort operations is advantageous.
