Account Executive Job Description

Acra Lending is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing a plan to bring mortgage brokers onboard, maintaining an active sales pipeline, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation for all broker and loan approvals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become a subject matter expert on Acra Lending products and programs, including basic eligibility parameters and pricing.
  • Develop and execute an effective prospecting plan to bring mortgage brokers onboard.
  • Prepare call lists and take appropriate actions to draw in and sustain business.
  • Win business through deepening contact networks within new and existing accounts.
  • Submit clean and complete documentation for all broker and loan approvals.
  • Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline.
Requirements:
  • Four-year Bachelor degree from an accredited institution with a focus on finance, real estate, marketing, sales, or equivalent.
  • High school diploma recipient.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge and understanding of web search via popular search engines, such as Google and Bing.
  • Aggressive, go-getter attitude and excellent closing skills.
Credentials and Experience:
  • Sales experience is required.
  • Mortgage experience is strongly preferred.
  • Current and non-restricted driver's license and adequate car insurance.

Based on location, experience, education, and qualifications, Account Executives make a base of $24,840-$27,600 annually.

Physical Demands:

  • Sit for extended periods of time.
  • Move about the office (stand and walk).
  • Reach with arms and grasp with hands.
  • Perform tasks using a computer and peripherals (keyboard, mouse, monitor).
  • Hear, talk, read, and write.

Occasional Requirements:

  • Lift up to 25 pounds.
