Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

At Futran Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing process optimization, product evolution, and lean manufacturing principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of product evolution strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
  • Perform time studies, line balancing, and work breakdown activities to optimize manufacturing processes.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and value stream mapping.
  • Experience with process failure mode and effect analysis (PFMEA) and continuous improvement projects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of material tracking systems, such as Kanban, and experience with ergonomic studies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with sensor and signaling antenna production lines.
  • Knowledge of total quality management and Kaizen principles.
  • Experience with multi-model line balancing and level loading.
