  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency, quality, and productivity.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and procedures.

  • Analyze and troubleshoot manufacturing issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

  • Design and implement process control systems to ensure consistent product quality and reduce waste.

  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures, and training materials.

  • Conduct training and coaching to ensure that manufacturing personnel understand and follow new processes and procedures.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to reduce manufacturing costs and improve profitability.

Requirements
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including production planning, inventory control, and quality assurance.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with manufacturing personnel.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with process control systems, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems.

  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

  • Knowledge of Six Sigma and lean manufacturing methodologies.

  • Experience with data analysis and statistical process control.

  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Work Environment
  • Shop floor and office work.

  • Heavily regulated industries with strict adherence to procedures.

  • Flexibility to meet business deadlines.

  • Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9AM to 4PM.

  • Due to the nature of work, candidates must be US Citizen.
