Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk II to join our team at BAE Systems USA. As a Help Desk II, you will provide first-tier technical support and problem-solving management to end users on issues related to computer operations, including installations, setup, error messages, and application use.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows 10 and 11, Citrix, VPN, and remote access
  • Manage Active Directory user, group, and computer accounts
  • Install and support PC hardware and peripherals, such as HP printers
  • Basic understanding of networking technologies and protocols, including IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and VPN client configuration
  • Knowledge of security applications, including antivirus software
  • Knowledge of iPhone, Microsoft Authenticator, and Microsoft InTune (a plus)
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience with a high school diploma or 2+ years of experience with an associate's degree or 0+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree
  • A+ certification
  • Experience with Windows, Microsoft M365 Office suite, Active Directory, and Service Now ticketing software
