Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive compensation reviews for job offers, considering market data, internal equity, and individual candidate qualifications.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each role and provide guidance on appropriate compensation packages.
  • Update and maintain our compensation offers database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Draft and send accurate offer letters, outlining compensation details and benefits.
  • Occasionally address candidate questions and concerns related to compensation and benefits.
  • Support recruiters by providing pay band requests for new job postings.
  • Assist with various compensation team projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, experience with Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-orientation and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
